company has, in general, full legal capacity
to carry out all acts and operations directly
or indirectly related to its object or which

any company, association or undertaking the
object of which is identical, similar or
related to its own or which is likely to
promote the development of its undertaking or

it. It may act as a director or liquidator in

guarantor or provide real security for
